9. Child Safety & CSAE Prevention

GuptGully strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

• Users under 13 are not permitted
• In-app reporting tools are available for child safety concerns
• Reports related to CSAM are reviewed promptly
• We take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies

10. Data Deletion & Account Removal

GuptGully provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated data.

Users may request data deletion by:

• Using the in-app account deletion option (if available), or
• Contacting us at hello@guptgully.in with their deletion request

Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete or anonymize the user’s account data, including messages and content associated with the account, within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Please note:

• Some technical or log data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal obligations or to prevent misuse of the platform.
• Deleted data cannot be recovered once the process is completed.
• Uninstalling the app alone does not automatically delete server-side data.
