By downloading, installing, or using the GuptGully application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
GuptGully is an anonymous social platform that allows users to communicate, share content, and participate in communities without publicly revealing their real identity. Features include anonymous group chats, private one-on-one messaging, community feeds, polls, and events.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GuptGully. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the App.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use GuptGully to:
- Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, or violent content
- Harass, bully, intimidate, or impersonate others
- Share sexually explicit content, especially involving minors
- Share personal information of others without consent
- Engage in spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial activity
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. User Content & Responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting content, you grant GuptGully a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content within the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and your interactions with other users.
6. Moderation & Enforcement
We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or its users. Moderation may involve automated systems and human review.
7. Anonymity Disclaimer
GuptGully is designed to keep user identities hidden from other users. However, anonymity is not absolute. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to prevent serious harm or illegal activity.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GuptGully at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuptGully shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
